A non-refundable retainer of $150 is required to reserve the event date.

• No event date is secured without payment 
• Remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to event start time 
• Failure to pay may result in cancellation without refund 

Spinfinity360 reserves the right to refuse service if full payment is not received.

• Retainers are non-refundable under all circumstances 
• Cancellations within 7 days of event = 100% of balance due 
• Rescheduling is allowed one time within 90 days (based on availability) 

Spinfinity360 is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond control including but not limited to:

• Weather disasters 
• Power outages 
• Government restrictions 
• Illness or emergencies 

In such cases, rescheduling will be offered.

Service begins at the contracted start time regardless of guest participation.

• Idle time (delays caused by Client) is still billable 
• Overtime is $100/hour, payable immediately 

Client agrees to provide:

• Minimum 10x10 ft safe, level space 
• Access to standard electrical outlet within 25 ft 
• Safe, dry, weather-protected environment 

Failure to meet requirements may result in:

• Delayed setup 
• Reduced service time 
• Cancellation without refund 

Client assumes full responsibility for all guests.

Client agrees:

• No standing, jumping, or misuse of booth platform 
• No food/drinks near equipment 

Client is financially responsible for any damage caused by:

• Guests 
• Venue conditions 
• Negligence 

Repair/replacement costs will be billed accordingly.

Spinfinity360 reserves the right to stop or refuse service if:

• Guests are intoxicated or disorderly 
• Equipment is being endangered 
• Environment is unsafe 
• Harassment of staff occurs 

No refunds will be issued in these situations.

Client MUST provide:

• Covered structure (tent or indoor backup) 
• Protection from rain, wind, heat 

If conditions are unsafe, service will be paused or terminated without refund.

Client grants Spinfinity360 permission to use all captured media for:

• Marketing 
• Social media 
• Advertising 

Client may opt out in writing prior to event.

Spinfinity360 is not liable for interruptions due to:

• Internet/Wi-Fi failure 
• Power issues 
• Venue restrictions 
• Third-party platform outages 

No refunds will be issued for partial interruptions beyond control.

Accepted payments:

• Venmo 
• Cash App 
• Zelle 

Additional fees may apply for:

• Travel outside local area 
• Extended setup requirements 
• Custom branding requests 

Client must assign a designated contact person present at the event to:

• Approve setup location 
• Communicate with attendant 
• Handle decisions during service 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Spinfinity360 shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury 
• Property damage 
• Loss of event enjoyment 
• Indirect or consequential damages 

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client.

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Spinfinity360 Photo Booth from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:

• Guest behavior 
• Venue conditions 
• Event-related incidents 

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.

Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts within Louisiana.

By submitting payment, the Client:

✔ Confirms they have read and agreed to all terms
✔ Accepts full responsibility for event conditions
✔ Enters a legally binding agreement
